Shipping policy

Every Evermore Paw Co item is made to order. Production takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping time is added after production and depends on destination and method. Estimated ranges are shown at checkout, based on what our print partner reports.

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Orders with multiple items can ship separately and arrive on different days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will help arrange a reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.

Taxes, duties and import fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
