Shipping
- Every item is made to order. Production takes 3-7 business days.
- Shipping time is added after production and depends on destination and method. Estimated ranges are shown at checkout, based on what our print partner reports.
- Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Orders with multiple items can ship separately and arrive on different days.
- Please check that your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will help arrange a reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.
- Taxes, duties and import fees for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
Returns, replacements and refunds
- Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choice.
- We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page or at fadalkun1@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo. No need to return the item unless we ask.
- Order changes or cancellations are possible only until production starts (usually within a few hours). After that the item cannot be changed.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
We don't print offensive content, trademarked characters, logos or images of real people.
