Evermore Paw Co makes every item to order. Please read this policy before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo. No need to return the item unless we ask.

Change of mind

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choice.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations are possible only until production starts (usually within a few hours). After that the item cannot be changed.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
